Welcome to the website of the Concilio Taíno Guatú Ma Cú-A Borikén, Inc. ("the Concilio"). By using this site or participating in our activities, you accept the following terms.

Educational and cultural purpose

This site exists to preserve, teach, and share the culture, history, and spirituality of the Taíno people of Borikén. Its content is offered for educational and cultural purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Cultural heritage and intellectual property

The texts, photographs, official seal, and cultural materials on this site belong to the Concilio or are used with permission, and form part of the living heritage of our people. Non-commercial educational use is permitted with attribution to the Concilio Taíno Guatú Ma Cú-A Borikén, Inc. Any commercial use, modification, or redistribution requires prior written authorization.

Participation in events and programs

The organization reserves the right of admission, participation, and continued attendance at any event, workshop, or community platform. Any inappropriate, fraudulent, or offensive conduct, or conduct that threatens the safety, mission, or rules of the Concilio, may result in cancellation of registration or removal of the participant. Spaces are limited and participation is subject to evaluation and approval by the organization. Completing a form does not guarantee final admission.

Community conduct

Those who participate in our activities commit to mutual respect toward members, elders, traditions, and ceremonial spaces, in accordance with our internal rules and ancestral code of ethics.

Donations

The Concilio is a 501(c)(3) organization; donations may be tax-deductible under applicable law. Online donations are processed through PayPal and are subject to its terms. Consult your tax advisor about your particular situation.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is". While we strive to keep information accurate and current, the Concilio does not guarantee the absence of errors and will not be liable for damages arising from use of the site.
