We collect only the information you choose to share with us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the content of your message when you use our contact or school-visit request forms. This site also stores your language preference (Spanish or English) using a session cookie.

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiries, coordinate school visits and presentations, and send you activity announcements when you have requested them. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes.
Donations
Online donations are processed through PayPal. The Concilio does not receive or store credit card numbers or banking credentials; that data is handled directly by PayPal under its own privacy policy. Donor information is used only to issue acknowledgments and receipts, and is never published without consent.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/SSL). We apply reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, although no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
Children
Our educational programs are coordinated with schools and responsible adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors through this site.

This site links to external platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, PayPal, Google Maps, and partner institutions). Each is governed by its own privacy policy.
